📘 Le présent simple et le présent be-ing

📐 I. Présent simple

Formation : sujet + BV (+ -s à la 3e sg.) : he likes, she watches, it goes.
Négatif : don’t / doesn’t + BV.
Interrogatif : Do / Does + sujet + BV?

Emplois : habitudes (always, usually, often, never) ; vérités générales ; horaires fixes.
She walks to school every day. Water boils at 100°C.

📐 II. Présent be-ing

Formation : sujet + am/is/are + BV + -ing.
Négatif : am/is/are + not + -ing.
Interrogatif : Am/Is/Are + sujet + -ing?

Formation du -ing : running (double), making (drop -e), studying (y→ying).

Emplois : action en cours (now, at the moment) ; situation temporaire ; futur proche.
I am working now. She is living in London this year. We are leaving tomorrow.

⚠️ Verbes d’état jamais au be-ing : know, believe, think (opinion), like, love, hate, want, need, see, hear, smell, taste, seem, belong, own.
